(while you are away we will water the plants and garden, bring in the
mail and newspapers, check the temperatures, turn lights on/off and we will even
stock the pantry and refrigerator before you return.)
Rates
Most services are set up as a flat fee rate due to the fact that every client
requires a different level of service depending on their personal requests.
Please call me to discuss your specific needs. My hourly rates range from
$10-$25 per hour, again depending on circumstances and level of service[s]
requested {I.e.; clean up once a tenant has vacated a property, doing laundry
only, etc.}. These prices do not include cost of merchandise, cleaning product,
equipment, etc. If possible, a 48 hour notice is required for all service
requests - some exceptions may apply. Payment is due upon completion of
service via cash, check or pay on-line with PayPal.
