About Me
Hi! My name is Renee Cathcart Fair. Welcome
to Easyduzits.com, a site created
to hopefully
make some part of your life easier
in one
way or another!
I’m a middle aged mother of two
children
that we adopted from Guatemala.
I brought
our daughter, Skylarr, home in
October, 2004
and I went back in March of 2005
to retrieve
our son, Decker. Most everyone
I know thought
my husband and I were completely
nuts adopting
children at our age [when most
folks have
their middle age crisis, they
get themselves
a sports car!], and I can honestly
say sometimes
I ask myself "what was I
thinking?",
but the majority of the time
I just feel
very fortunate to have been blessed
with
two overly active kiddos!
I love to cook but have to admit that chasing
after two rugrats really cut into my time
in the kitchen so in my quest to find anything
that tasted like I made it from scratch but
required minimal effort, I ran across "The
Gourmet Cupboard". Many, many mixes
later, it’s safe to say I’m hooked! I’m also
an avid coffee drinker...lord help us all
when I don’t get my caffeine...and I love
the flavored coffees; however, those quick
trips to a local store or gas station to
grab a cup became an extreme effort with
the kids. So, I also began to search for
an alternate Java resource. That’s when a
web search came across "Kat’s Coffees"
- she offers many different flavors, you
can order in several different portion sizes,
you can request whole beans or ground, and
most also come in decaf. I figured I probably
wasn’t the only person on this planet looking
to simplify life in the kitchen, so I figured
hey, why not share these great tasting finds

So, now that my kids have been with us for
a while, I’ve decided to spread my wings
a bit farther and venture out away from home
a few days a week. In listening to my friends
and ladies at the gym, I found there seemed
to be a need for an assistant service just
to help regular folks like you and me fight
the frustrations we encounter daily when
we realize we just don’t have enough hours
in the day to get it all done... Allow me
to introduce my brainchild "Helping
